PRICES

All prices mentioned on the website are in US Dollars. They do not include delivery cost or any other cost (customs tax, foreign tax, etc) to be paid by the buyer.

  

SHIPPING

We make all of our pieces meticulously by hand. Most items are made to order and will be ready for shipping in 5 to 10 days. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please contact us by email beforehand.

We will always do our best to accommodate your requests and we appreciate your understanding and patience. As soon as your parcel leaves the store we will provide you a tracking number and a delivery confirmation.

Expected US delivery time is 4-7 business days after your package has been mailed.

We do ship internationally. Please choose your country when checking out. Shipping costs vary based on the country and will be added once you've entered your information. International orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to receive depending on the destination. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, it is normal to observe slight differences between earrings or with the pictures on this website.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Carlota Guardia Jewelry will accept items for exchange; we do not currently accept returns. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if you wish to exchange it.

Please ensure that the item is returned in new and resalable condition within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order. Exchanges after the 10 day period are not accepted. If you would like to make an exchange please email us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) form at contact@carlotaguardia.com Exchanges cannot be processed without an RMA form. For your protection, please pack your returns in the original packaging, return your order with an insured courier and retain your receipt. Carlota Guardia Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a detailed note with your name, email address and invoice number on your RMA form. Once your exchange is processed, your new piece will be shipped back out to you. We cannot refund shipping charges on exchange items.
